We roast on a L5 Probat Roaster. We specifically chose a small batch roaster to keep true to the art of roasting. Roasting 5-10 lbs batches allows us to monitor closely the quality control behind each roast. We can work with the same lot of green coffee and afford the coffee aficionado the pleasant opportunity of directly experiencing the subtle impact of roast on coffee.
