Don Rey's Private Reserve

From the mountains of Dipilto, Nicaragua this exquisite mix of the Arabica varieties of Catuai and Caturra grown at altitudes of 1500 metres above sea level in perfect harmony with the surrounding virgin forest is the base of our roast profiles and flavour coffees.
Don Rey’s Natural Prep
The special preparation of this coffee begins with very ripe coffee cherries, which are laid on concrete patios to sun-dry two weeks before being laid to repose for another 6-8weeks. These beans are characterized by their sweet, wine-like finish.
Don Rey’s Maracatu
This exquisite hybrid of the Arabica varieties of maragogype and caturra is characterized by its bean size and excellent cup, but unfortunately has very low production levels.
Colombian Decaf
Swiss Water Process. Decaffeinated method that uses water to remove caffeine.

A blend of Don Rey’s Private Reserve, blended with Maracatu beans and Don Rey’s Natural Prep coffee, custom roasted to your favourite profile.
