The label for Don Rey's Private Reserve features a tone of red that was purposely chosen.  A red that would symbolize the coffee cherries at their peak of ripeness.  It is the most beautiful red there is.  When a coffee cherrie reaches this ripe point, it is enveloped in sweetness and juiciness and it screams " pick me".  And we always do!
